Well, no, I wouldn't say that. It just makes it easier to keep everyone straight, I think. For example, when nobility visits, it's just their title, their name, and the land they're visiting from. That way if you get a--oh, I don't know, a Rowena from Tamir and a Rowena from Kolyma, for example--and both were princesses, you'd be able to tell which is which by what land they're from.
